Support Forums

User supported do-it-yourself help, our support forums are a valuable form of support that are available free of charge to registered Syteview users.  Login to the appropriate forum and post your question.  Users such as yourself will share their knowledge and experience with you with no expectation other than that you do the same for them when the occasion arises.  Our support forums are easily our most popular form of support.  

We host the following forums:



Remote Access

Not quite as good as being there in person, but darn close.  The free, open-source program VNC lets us log into your servers and fix most problems quickly and efficiently.  No travel time or expenses.  No scheduling problems.  Five or ten minutes online is frequently enough to fix most simple problems.  Billed at our standard rates, when you need a problem solved fast this is the way to go.

Email

For problems of a confidential nature that can't be discussed on the support forums or when you need to engage in an ongoing discussion with a particular member of our support or development staff, email may be your best choice.   We make every effort to respond to email in a timely fashion, usually in the same day.  Billed at our standard rates, or occasionally without charge if we determine that your problem has been caused by a bug in one of our programs, email is a quick and efficient way to solve your problems.


On-site Support

Frequently used for integration projects or major customizations, our on-site support is available when you need it most.  We guarantee you an expert well versed in all aspects of the Syteview programs and in the subject matter of your project.  We can also provide on-site support for regular maintenance and standard support problems, but our on-site support rate is significantly higher than our other support methods, and with travel time and expenses added in it can become quite expensive.


Phone

Not our preferred method of support, but for problems of a confidential nature that can't be discussed on the support forums or when you need to engage in an ongoing discussion with a particular member of our support or development staff, phone support allows you to question and be questioned by the expert most likely help you solve your problem.   Usually reserved for emergencies, we offer phone support only in situations where other support methods are unable to solve your problem.  Billed at our standard rates, or occasionally without charge if we determine that your problem has been caused by a bug in one of our programs, when you really need someone to talk to we are available.
